Modern yoga has evolved – with so much interest and growing popularity across the world – we are more accustomed to classes of all sizes. Large group classes and now virtual zoom classes are exciting and beautiful in their own way, but practicing alone with the guidance of a teacher can provide a deeper practice.
Did you know that traditionally yoga was taught one-on-one? The teacher and student bond and relationship was unique, and teacher was responsible for the student’s spiritual journey.
30, 45, 60, 90 minute Fully Customizable sessions for your needs!
If you know you already want a few classes, you can bundle a group of single sessions or group classes for a 15% discount.
Invite a few people to join you on the private sessions to split the pricing. This is a more affordable option, you get a smaller group that is still intimate, but still personalized with your goals in mind.
VIP sessions are for people who are looking to create a routine with an accountability partner and coach. If we are a good fit, we will meet as often as you need (weekly, monthly, every few days) to work through a personally designed program to help you feel better inside and out.
You will also receive additional support via WhatsApp in between in person meetings whenever anything comes up.
You’ll also receive private recordings for yoga flows, meditations, breathwork to help you along your journey.
The VIP package has a roadmap & plan ready, to get you from point A to point B – whatever that is! We discuss and work through anything you have coming up – physical pain, tension, mental strain, anxiety, burnout, overwhelm. As well as any events, life goals, mindset goals, routine goals, etc.

- Gain experience with a safer 1:1 environment & feel more comfortable and safe while practicing

Frequently asked questions
Being flexible is a result of yoga, not a requirement for it. And while flexibility and stretching is good, yoga is so much more beyond the poses – it’s all about focusing on YOU, and your individual mind & body.
I do offer small group classes (2-4) if you want to bring some along and split the price.
Yes! These yoga sessions will be modified and customized to what works best for you. We will have so many different options for you to choose what is the perfect fit for you. I offer moeditations, pranayama (breathwork), and yoga (slow, hatha, vinyasa, beginner, intermediate)
About
I am a 200 hour certified yoga instructor. I have years over 6 years of self-study, practicing yoga and I am a Yoga Teacher who focuses on correct alignment, mindfulness, and taking yoga on & off the mat.
I personally have experience and tips on dealing with anxiety and stress. I can also offer tools you can use – like breathing & meditation techniques that have helped me.
