I love to organize events every year so that we can all meet and share the magic of yoga. I’m from Costa Rica so I always love taking my community there!

I’ve been teaching hatha and vinyasa yoga for 5 years. I incorporate breathwork and meditation along with asanas in slow flows to help people destress and feel better. I teach private and group yoga classes on zoom and in person.

Private yoga events

Book a bachelorette party, pre-wedding yoga, group event, or any celebration! Outdoor options available all summer & early fall. Possible locations can include Red Rocks, Boulder parks, Denver parks & more! I can also come to you.

Boulder Park Yoga

Join Maria at Park Yoga every Tuesday at 6:00pm! Bring a friend or two & flow through an all level practice as the sun sets behind the mountains, surrounded by nature. Free parking in the park parking lot, or on the street. Bring a mat or a towel (I’ll have several extras too). Register your spot!

She is welcoming to people of all experience levels, and all shapes and sizes. This is an EXCELLENT yoga class. Everything is very well organized and the class is located in a quaint outdoor park in a residential area at the base of a beautiful mountain in Boulder. Maria does a great job at diversifying the poses offered at each class and providing plenty of modifications to suit your level whether you’re trying out yoga for the first time or are a lifelong yogi. This was the highlight of my multi-week trip to the area and I will 100% be back if I’m ever passing through again. If you’re thinking of trying this class, do it!
